Manufacturing and Process Worker (Casual Part-time)
Location: Epping, Melbourne

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing and Process Worker to join our dynamic team in Epping. This casual part-time role involves producing high-quality personal care products, such as lotions, scrubs, and soaps, using both traditional and innovative techniques. You will play an essential role in our production team, contributing to the efficiency and excellence of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a variety of products, including lotions, scrubs, balms, cold process soaps, and liquid soaps.
- Dispense and weigh raw materials accurately, following formulation documentation.
- Assist in leading the manufacturing of small to medium-scale batches.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and productivity.
- Operate machinery with full training provided.
- Perform general warehouse and manufacturing tasks, requiring multitasking skills.
What We Are Looking For:
- Competency in cold process and liquid soapmaking.
- Ability to read and understand formulation documentation.
- Proactive approach to maintaining and improving manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically fit to lift materials up to 20kg.
- Enthusiastic approach, with a good work ethic and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or process worker role is preferred.
- Immediate start availability is required.
