We have worked super hard to make it as easy as possible for you to customise a product. Navigate to the product you want to customise, select your size and/or colour choice, type in how many units you want, and then customise.
Yes! Each product has it’s own customisation options. You will be able to customise the fragrance of most of our products. For some of them, you can also customise the colour and the add-ins (such as botanicals or gold leaf). If you want to make changes to the base formula, then you will need to go down the Custom Formulation route. To learn more about this click here.
Yes, of course you can!
You can personalise the label on any of our products. You can either use our professional design service or create your own labels on Canva or similar.
No need to create an account, just go to the product you want, type in the quantity you want to order first, then go through our customisation options.
Yes, we can support you with this! However it is your responsibility to ensure everything is done and submitted correctly, and to the right authorities. It is also your responsibility to ensure labels are to standard for the country you wish to sell the products in, and you have any relevant certifications needed.
Any of our products can be ordered with Juliette Home + Body branding; simply choose that option in the customisation segment of the product options.

Essential oils are naturally derived oils that can be used across our range. They are concentrated liquids derived from plant matter. This is worth keeping in mind if you are creating a skin product, as many people can have reactions to oils extracted from plants they have an allergy or sensitivity to.
Essential oils are not recommended for use in candles. Most essential oils can become volatile and toxic when used in candles and lose their therapeutic benefits. That being said – if you are set on using essential oils in your candles, that is your choice and we are happy to customise to your needs.
Fragrance oils are derived from a blend of natural aromatic compounds, including essential oils, absolutes and resins, mixed with a carrier oil in a reproduced man-made scientific formulation. They can be less likely to cause allergic reactions. They are also available in a much wider range of options too. Fragrance oils can be used in any of our products.
You can set your own RRP, so the choice is entirely yours.
Once you log in, you can navigate to the product you’re interested in, select the variation you want, and you will be shown all the tiered pricing options and the percentage mark-up based on our own RRP.
All of our soap bars are made from scratch using cold-processed methods. This means we do not use a soap base, and instead create a fresh batch of soap, from scratch, for every order. Because of this we recommend a cure time of at least 8 weeks before dispatch and sale. If you would like to get your soap sooner and cure it yourself you are welcome to do that. However we recommend that you do not sell it until the full 8 week cure time has been completed.
Curing of cold-processed soaps hardens the bar, improves the quality and makes it last much longer. Without curing, the bar will be too soft, prone to damage, and will melt away very quickly when exposed to warm water. The longer the cure time, the better!
Our products are perfect for sensitive skin as all of our ingredients are natural and soothing.
For those with nut allergies, we do use Sweet Almond Oil and Coconut Oil in some of our products – these products are clearly marked on the website.
We always recommend patch testing 24-48 hours prior to use.
Yes, if you already have specific ingredients that you would like to use. However, we will have to do our own checks before we can give you a firm answer.

Yes, we have a few different options for design support.
Our most popular option is selecting from one of our made-to-go design templates, which is then customised with your own fonts, logo and colours.
We can also do full branding support, creating unique and custom labels just for your brand.
Finally you can create your own labels, many of our clients use Canva.

We release new products regularly. This includes seasonal specials, new products and updated formulas. If you want to keep up to date, sign up to receive our e-newsletter.
We do our best to ship your order within ten working days; however, this is subject to change based on the order size and ingredient and component sourcing. If we are experiencing any component supply issues, someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. If you have a delivery date in mind, please reach out to our team to discuss.
We constantly endeavour to use the most eco-conscious packaging option possible. We encourage all of our clients to consider setting up refill stations for their range. We try and encourage the use of glass wherever possible. And we can provide rPET and alternative plastic options with some of our products too. We use compostable and recyclable materials wherever possible.
Our biggest focus is on creating packaging designed to be refilled instead of recycled.

We aim to get all orders out within 5-10 business days. However on average it can take approximately two to eight weeks from the order date to shipping date, depending on the order size. This timeline is subject to change. Please contact our team email@example.com if you have a specific deadline in mind.
Our balms have been formulated by our own director, who has over eight years of formulation experience and is a cosmetic chemist.
Like all of our products, our balms use as many naturally derived, eco conscious ingredients as possible.
They have been formulated to be long lasting, nourishing and to deliver you or your clients the ultimate relaxing experience.
We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Unless the goods are custom-made, custom-scented, or custom labelled, and have valid reasoning, unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Juliette Home + Body.
Replacements are on a case-by-case basis; as a general rule of thumb, once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for it. So be sure to select a postage option with insurance. Any claims on damage or loss should be made directly with the courier, although our team is happy to support in any way we can.
